Pineal Gland: The Guardian of Our Health

Our glands are the guardian of our health.

The Pineal Gland is located in the center of the skull or specifically the center of the brain. It’s about the size of a grain of wheat, shaped like a pine cone, thus why it was given the name pineal. This gland is the source of every thought. How wicked cool is that?

The Divine Consciousness

We are born with divine consciousness and the whole point of being on this earth is to realize that and live your life in the pursuit of justice and compassion so that you can feel the love that the Universe has already provided us. The consciousness of the Universe wants us to grow into more than we are now. Understanding this is the beginning of changing how we act, react, and behave in this otherwise stressful existence.

Our thoughts control our feelings. When we vibrate the pineal gland it alters the frequency of thought. When we change the feelings we experience it then changes the emotions we feel.

Changing our emotions then alters our desires.

Think about it, it is our desires that change our actions, how we behave, what we focus on, and what we believe is possible for ourselves.

Most of us try to change our thinking by simply thinking different. Most of us were never taught to change our mind with our breath, our body, and our energy.

We focus harder and harder on our deficiencies and then our stories spin around in our conscious mind.

We get bummed out because we try so hard to force the change in our minds, but without fail, time and time again we snap back into our old thinking. Frustrated many of us wade into a sea of depression, anxiety, addiction, and conflict. The struggle becomes our familiar place and the happiness seems out of reach.

The Conscious, Subconscious, And Unconscious Mind

  •  The conscious mind communicates to the outside world and the inner self through speech, pictures, writing, physical movement, and thought.
  • The subconscious mind, on the other hand, is in charge of our recent memories and is in continuous contact with the resources of the unconscious mind.
  • The unconscious mind is the storehouse of all memories and past experiences, both those that have been repressed through trauma and those that have simply been consciously forgotten and no longer important to us.

It’s from these memories and experiences that our beliefs, habits, and behaviors are formed. The unconscious constantly communicates with the conscious mind via our subconscious and is what provides us with the meaning to all our interactions with the world, as filtered through your beliefs and habits.

It communicates through feelings, emotions, imagination, sensations, and dreams.

Awareness is our opportunity to be prepared

Vibrating our glands can and will almost always change the frequency of our thought and our subconscious providing us with the stability and ease to be able to handle the unconscious mind when things from our past arise. The goal of this knowledge is to offer us an opportunity to live with less suffering by recognizing our negative patterns and avoiding our bad habits with ease.

When we enter into a consistent practice of meditation and awareness, the negative can’t sustain. We begin to change our lives and replace bad or non-supportive habits with giving and happiness habits. We move towards an on-going feeling of happiness, contentment, and bliss.

But, with any practice, many of us lose motivation to keep up and life returns to it’s challenging state. Our subconscious reacts and self-sabotages once again.  However, awareness, even just reading and understanding part of this message I’m typing, takes away the power of resistance.

Positive change is inevitable when we are sitting in total clarity.

Awareness is our opportunity to be prepared. Our struggle for survival lessens, even when the subconscious mind wants to poke at us to play in the chaos.

We call it a practice for a reason. We are not masters of the mind. We are practitioners sitting in a Universe of opportunity with endless reasons to explore and better understand ourselves and love as it was intended. We recommend practicing in the morning, daily, or as often as you can commit to. Why? Simply put, at the very least, odds are you will have a better day.
